Meet Your Sales Director

About Kassondra

Kassondra Kantz was born and raised in a small town in central Pennsylvania with three brothers by parents who own a small family business. At an early age she learned the value of a good work ethic. 


At the age of 15, Kassondra was introduced to the Mary Kay business opportunity and realized it could be the vehicle to live the life she desires by earning an executive income and having a flexible schedule while keeping her priorities in order of God first, family second, and career third.  


Kassondra enjoys exercising, baking, and traveling. She loves creating memories with family and friends and is very involved in her church. Because of the freedom and flexibility her Mary Kay business provides, Kassondra was able to pick up and move to wherever she wanted at the age of 24 to Raleigh, NC, where she resides today for the past six years.

Kassondra's MK Journey

Kassondra joined Mary Kay in June 2008 on her 18th birthday while working two other jobs. She earned her first free car on her 20th birthday, became a Sales Director, quit her other jobs to go full-time with Mary Kay, and moved out of her parents' house all within a few months of each other! She and her unit grew rapidly, earning a total of 6 free cars, 2 of them being the prestigious pink Cadillac! Kassondra is currently a proud Senior Sales Director and is working to become a National Sales Director!  

Glamorous Go-Getters Unit Accomplishments

Kassondra's Glamorous Go-Getters have been celebrated achieving the $300,000 Circle of Achievement, the $350,000 Circle of Achievement 3x, the $400,000 Circle of Achievement, and the prestigious HALF MILLION Circle of Achievement with $550,000 in retail sales in one year! They are one of the fastest growing units in the state of North Carolina and have unit members in multiple states across the country. Their next goal is to be a Circle of Excellence Unit with $650,000 in retail sales in the Seminar year 2021-2022!
