Leadership Qualities Assessment
1. What are the Top 10 qualities you want to possess as a leader? Write them down, one per line, on the left side of a piece of paper.
2. In the middle of the paper, rate yourself as a 1, 5, or 10 beside each quality.
1= "I need to improve greatly."
5= "There is room for growth."
10= "I excel in this area."
3. To the right of each rating, write the name of somebody you know who you perceive to be a 10 in that area/quality. They do not have to be in Mary Kay, and they can be male or female.
4. Throughout the 8-week Red Explosion course, talk to the people you wrote down as a 10.
Start by telling them about your assignment and that you chose them as the person who is a 10 in that area (they will be honored that you thought of them).
Then ask what they've done to develop this quality in their life. Ask them for tips and recommendations. Finish by thanking them for their time.
5. Revisit this paper often throughout the course.
Write your Contact List
1. Write a list of every single woman you know with skin. :)
2. Write a * by their name if they've been a hostess.
3. Write a HEART by her name if you've shared the business opportunity with her.
HINT: Do not wait until next week to start doing something with this list. The point of it is to give you an idea of who you know that is already your customer, who has been a hostess, who you shared the business opportunity with, etc. and who you need to do those things with. Be inspired and start today!
